Unless otherwise specified/requested, all items weighing more than 2lbs will be shipped via UPS; all items weighing less than 2lbs will be shipped via USPS. ALL international orders (not including Canada) will be shipped via UPS - no exceptions!

Shipping rates may be adjusted for oversize and expedited packages.

Rock 'N' Roll Sports, Inc. cannot calculate or be held responsible for international duties and customs fees. Items refused at the border for these reasons are eligible for a 15% restocking fee.

Return policy

For a full product refund, returns must be received at our store, unused and in their original packaging, within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns must include a copy of the original invoice and we also request that you include a completed copy of our Return Form. Shipping fees are never refunded.

Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- Products have been used or laundered
- Boot liners have been molded
- Original packaging is not intact

Returns will be credited to the card used for the original purchase. Exchanges will be shipped to the address of the original order. Differences in exchange costs will be charged to the card used for the original purchase unless otherwise specified.

Returns received after 30 days of the original purchase date will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns received after 90 days of the original purchase date will be refused or returned at cost to the customer.
