Wear it over a long sleeve synthetic shirt and under a soft or hard shell outer layer for great temperature regulation throughout the day. Premium 680 fill white goose down stays in place and moisture has a chance to escape through the seams sewn on a compressed grid. The long nylon cuffs keep the sleeves down on the wrists but do not impinge on circulation when they are pulled up the arm as the temps or intensity rise.
